1. Do I need a particular type of IWB?
Pearson Longman IWB materials work on any make of Interactive Whiteboard. |

2. Do I need an IWB or can I just use a projector and computer, or a slate?
All IWB materials can be accessed and used directly from your computer – the IWB is simply a big computer screen. However, as the materials are designed for use on an IWB at the front of class, some functionality will be lost – for example the ability to write on the screen. A slate, coupled to the projector and computer, adds flexibility but again some functionality is lost. |

3. Who do I contact if I have technical difficulties?
If you have a problem with your IWB then you should contact your supplier. If your problem is related to Pearson Longman materials then contact digitaldelivery@pearson.com or your local Pearson Longman office. |

4. What support can I expect?
At Pearson Longman we always put teachers first and endeavour to support you in whatever way we can. Our IWB materials are packaged in various ways to ensure the teacher feel confident when preparing and when in the classroom. Our adult titles include comprehensive User’s Guides with detailed step by step instructions on classroom use while our primary products have videos on-screen to help explain how activities work. Regular updates on our website will also give helpful tips and lesson plans for blending technology to traditional classroom activities. If you experience difficulties while using the software, follow these steps until the problem is resolved:
- Consult the FAQ in the User's guide.
- Restart your computer.
- Turn the projector and interactive whiteboard off and then on again.
- Consult the instruction manual that accompanies your interactive whiteboard.
- If you think it is a problem with your interactive whiteboard, contact the hardware provider. If you think it is a problem with Pearson Longman software please email the Pearson Longman technical support team at elt-support@pearson.com

5. I am not confident with technology. Is this a solution for me?
