This FCAT Test Prep Site has
sample FCAT Reading Tests for Grades 1 through 8. The site contains
online sample reading tests, organized
by grade, plus a downloadable version
of the sample tests. Both the online version and the downloadable
version include test-taking tips, information on the actual FCAT tests,
frequently asked questions about FCAT, and grading instructions.
In the online version, a student can take the sample test online and then print a page that shows all his or her answers (to the multiple choice, short-answer, and long-answer questions); the student can hand this in for grading.
The downloadable version is in .pdf format, which can be read using Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ software. Note that the downloadable sample test booklet does not contain the Answer Key; to obtain the Key, please contact your Florida Pearson ESL specialist at 1-877-739-6374.
