Presenter, Jodi Reiss In her nine years as director of the TESOL Master's program at Florida International University in Miami, Jodi Reiss worked closely with K-12 teachers at preservice, inservice, and graduate levels. She developed and taught a variety of TESOL courses and collaborated with content area faculty in the College of Education to integrate ESOL issues and strategies into the coursework in their preservice teacher training programs. She enjoys presenting at conferences and doing workshops for teachers based on her textbook, ESOL Strategies for Teaching Content: Facilitating Instruction for English Language Learners, recently published by Merrill Prentice Hall. |
