Missing or Damaged Books

Helpful Hints for Missing Books:

You'll need to find out how many boxes were shipped in your order and how many boxes were actually received.

• Take a close look at the white address labels to determine the total number of boxes in your shipment.
• At the very bottom of the label, you will see something like "3 of 10" or "4 of 10."
• If the total number of boxes you have on hand does not match-up with the total number sent, you may be missing a box.
• However, it is not uncommon for one or two boxes to be separated in transit and delivered the next day, especially on UPS deliveries.

Damaged Books

We stand behind our textbooks 100%.

All books are shipped from our warehouse in excellent, un-used condition.

If damage occurs, it may have occurred during transit.
