Vocabulary building
Try this with your students to develop their vocabulary building skills. Go to The Phobia List website and choose a selection of the phobias. In groups ask the students to think of meanings for the words. You could ask them to think of funny meanings. Take the suggestions from each group and vote on the funniest.
