Read the article Is the mind physical? from Philosophy Now magazine. The writer examines the age-old philosophical problem and argues that the mind cannot be reduced to something physical. Get your class to read the article and to see whether they agree with it. Do any of them believe that the mind is just another way of describing our brains?
