Hello members of the In Touch Club! I'm a new member of the
club. My name is Julie .My classmates are members of the club
too.
There are twenty-five children in my class. There are fifteen
girls and ten boys. Our In Touch Map is on the wall of our
classroom. I'm twelve years old and I'm from Montreal in Canada.
I've got a very big family. I've got a mum and dad,
a brother and a sister, two grandmothers and one grandad.
And I've got two uncles and three aunts and eight cousins.
I've got a dog, too. It's name is Lucky.

I'm Renaldo. I'm Mexican and I live in Tasco. I've got two sisters.

My favourite lessons are gymnastics football and PE. I don't like
maths, science or history. Geography is OK. We have a lot of homework
at our school. I don't do my homework every day. I'm not a very
good student!
I'm in the school football team. I play football every day with
my friends at school and we have a football match every Sunday.

In Touch Club members!
I like pop music and I sing in a pop group with my friends. The
group has got an English name - John and the Jellybeans. My name
is John (it is Juan in Spanish) and Jellybeans are sweets. We have
got an English name because we sing only English pop songs. We learn
English at our school
in Sieges in Spain.
The Jellybeans are two girls and two boys. We are all thirteen
years old.
The girls are guitar players. The boys play the drums and the keyboard.
My favourite singer is Craig David and I can sing his song 'Seven
Days'

A lot of tourists come to Egypt because they want
to see the pyramids and other interesting things.
My dad is a tour guide and he takes the tourists
around Cairo. Sometimes I go with him. I like the
museum of Cairo because there are lots of mummies there. Mummies
are dead bodies!
I want to work with the tourists when I grow up. I want to be a

Hi,
Last November I went to London with my parents. We had a great
time!
One day we visited Buckingham Palace, the home
of the Queen of England. There's a flag on top
of the palace when the Queen is at home but she
wasn't at home that day. We've got a king and queen in our country,
too.
It was cold and wet in England but Norway is very cold and snowy
in the winter. I wear my skis to school and at the weekend I go
cross country skiing. In north Norway it's dark all day and light
at night in the winter. My gran lives in the north
and she eats her lunch in the dark!

Africa. Kenya is a beautiful country with
lots of animals. Many animals are in parks. You can drive in your
car and see the animals but you must stay in your car. 
You can see lions, tigers and cheetahs. Cheetahs can run very fast.
They're faster than lions. There are also a lot of big animals -
rhinoceroses, hippopotamuses and elephants.

elephants are different to Indian elephants. They've got smaller
ears. My favourite animals are the monkeys. They're very funny and
they always climb all over your car.

it's near Poland and Hungary. Can you find it on the map? Prague
is the capital of the Czech Republic. and one of the most beautiful
cities in Europe.
Prague is not a modern city but it has got a lot of old, interesting
buildings.
I like reading the In Touch newsletter about children's lives in
other countries. I want to travel all around the world when I grow
