The
Clue Game
Goals: to answer yes/no questions; to use inferences
1.
Choose a topic. Identify a person or thing associated
with that topic (for example, basketball and Michael
Jordan).
2. The students then try to guess who or what you have
chosen by asking yes/no questions to which you may only
answer 'yes' or 'no.'
3. The student who guesses the answer is the next person
to think of a topic and associated person or thing.
Variation:
This game can also be played in teams. In this version,
every correct answer to a yes/no question is worth one
point. The first team to reach a certain number of points
wins.
