Please note: Pearson Education is unable to publish any entries which contain copyrighted materials, e.g., text extracts, images, song lyrics, etc. All materials must be created by the entrant. All entries must be in English.

  The competition is being run by Pearson Education Limited ("Pearson Education").

  The competition is not open to employees of Pearson Education or members of their immediate family or anyone else who is professionally associated with the competition.
 
   
 
3.
  The instructions for entry form part of the rules. By entering this competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted the rules and to be bound by them and any other requirements set out in the competition material.

  Entry is to be made by submitting the electronic application form which also must include the entrant’s name, address and e-mail address. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The competition is open to customers and non-customers. No purchase is necessary.

  Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry. Only entries properly completed and received by Pearson Education before the end of each month will be included in the competition.
 
   
 
6.
  Fraudulent, illegible, incorrectly completed or incomplete entries or entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted by Pearson Education for lost, undelivered, delayed, damaged or mislaid entries.

  By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activities and feature in such promotional material as Pearson Education may require and to assign all intellectual property rights including without limitation copyright in their competition entry if required by Pearson Education.

  Each entry must be original.
 
   
 
9.
  The winners will be the persons who have submitted the lesson which is selected to be the best of the entries by the judges in their absolute discretion.
 
   
 
10.
  The winners will receive a prize in books or Pearson Education goods as specified in the competition.

No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize although Pearson Education reserves the right to alter the prize should this be unavoidable.

  The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email. The identity of the winner will be announced on http://www.longman.com and will also be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Pearson Education at the address below. By entering this competition any winner consents to their name being published on the website for 14 days after the closing date.
       
       

THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS AS ADVERTISED. The winners will be decided on the dates advertsied and notified by email.

The competition promoter is Pearson Education Limited, registered office Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex CM20 2JE, registered number 872828. Enquiries relating to the competition (including enquiries about the name of the eventual winner or the personal data collected about an entrant as a result of an entry) should be addressed to Rachel Craven and sent to Pearson Education at the above address.

The competition is run via the Pearson Education website http://www.longman.com. Entrant details provided will be used only for informing winners of results and for any wider use as permitted by the entrant under these rules and will thereafter be destroyed. Pearson Education reserves the right to disclose the name of the winner on request from a third party.
